Privacy Policy

Applies to AgatVault, Gravitide, Crown Drive (formerly WatchCarGame), Intervalia and every other app I publish.

Last updated: October 2026

The short version

My apps do not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no account to create, no profile to fill in and no data leaving your device.

What I don't collect

  • Personal identification information — name, email address, phone number
  • Device information or unique identifiers
  • Usage data or analytics
  • Location data
  • Any other personal information

Progress and settings

Scores, unlocked levels, practice statistics and preferences are stored on your device only. I never upload them anywhere. They may be included in your own iCloud or computer backup if you have turned it on — that backup belongs to you and is managed by Apple. Deleting the app removes them.

Third-party services

My apps do not integrate analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. Nothing in them talks to a third-party service that could collect your personal information.

In-app purchases

Some apps offer optional purchases. Gravitide is free to start and unlocks the rest of its campaign with a single one-time purchase. Intervalia offers a “Thank the developer” tip that unlocks nothing — every feature stays free.

Every purchase is made through the App Store and processed by Apple: I don't receive your payment details and don't learn who made the purchase. The app only checks with the App Store whether the purchase is yours, so it can restore it on your devices.

Intervalia

Intervalia is an ear-training app for iPhone. What it keeps, and where:

  • Settings — appearance, instrument, octave, auto-advance — on your device only
  • Progress — level results and answer counts per interval — on your device only
  • No account, no analytics, no ads; nothing is sent to me or to anyone else
  • The optional tip goes through the App Store, as described above

Data security

Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal information to secure. I still hold the apps themselves to high standards of security and development practice.

Children

Because nothing is collected from anyone, my apps collect nothing from children either — they comply with children's privacy requirements by design.
